Knightmare vs. Ace Attorney is a crossover of
Knightmare and the video game Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. It tells the story of Phoenix Wright venturing into the
dungeons to retrieve the crown and saving
Pickle from imprisonment. But no-one bargained for him to face
Lord Fear in the courtroom!
Characters:
Treguard: The poor
dungeon master has a bad hangover at the start of the story. Although he's confused about an adult taking on the challenge, he allows the quest to begin.
Pickle: The new husband of
Crystal the Cat Demon. His honeymoon is ruined when Lord Fear accuses him of causing havoc in
Marblehead. Who can save the poor
elf now?
Majida: Treguard's assistant. She takes a lot of interest in the new
team.
Kully: Pickle's sister, Crystal's sister-in-law and Reconboo's auntie. When she finds out her brother is in trouble, she begs the team to save him. Will they succeed?
Crystal: The new wife of Pickle. Her reckless arguments with Lord Fear causes Pickle to be imprisoned. She agrees to help Phoenix in the court case.
Reconboo: The son of Crystal and Pickle and Kully's nephew. He has a habit of calling Treguard 'Uncle Treguard', much to the dungeon master's annoyance. Along with Kully, he is desperate for the team to rescue his father. It is also revealed in the story that he's afraid of spiders.
Phoenix "Nick" Wright: The renowned defence attorney of Los Angeles. He and his friends decide to try and conquer the Dungeons of Deceit, only to be faced by Lord Fear in a court case.
Maya Fey: Phoenix's best friend. She is a spirit medium who can channel spirits into her body. She is just as cheery as Kully.
Miles Edgeworth: Phoenix's old school friend and rival. Also Franziska's adopted brother. He is a prosecutor but he takes to the defence's side in this case. To Treguard's confusion, he has a fear of earthquakes and elevators.
Franziska von Karma: Phoenix's rival and Miles' adopted sister. She is also a prosecutor. If anything angers her, her whip will do the talking.
Lord Fear: As always, the trouble-maker. Hoping to wound the Powers that Be, he accuses Pickle of the havoc caused in Marblehead. He takes his first shot as a prosecutor in this story. Can Phoenix outsmart him?
